Our client is looking for a Sales Support and Customer Service Executive to come on-board, supporting the Head of sales and his team.
Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, this is a customer-facing position that requires you to manage the entire order life-cycle processes and you are responsible for supporting the Sales team (ie. quotations, negotiation of T&Cs) across the global region.
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will oversee an integrated client service hub, fostering cross-regional and cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless client support and satisfaction within the designated area. You will collaborate internally to address client concerns and strategise growth opportunities.
You are responsible for the planning and optimisation of sales processes at the regional level - managing sales data, analysing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.You will also collaborate closely with the global HQ and sales teams to forecast sales, manage CRM systems, and ensure that sales operations align with the overall business goals.
